I'm sure the SN are written on your receipt somewhere. It's too important for warranty and loss purposes not to have it written on your receipt.

But if you must look for it on the HA, it's not stamped on the outside, it's stamped on the inside of the battery compartment. You'll need to open up the battery door and will almost need to have a loupe or magnifying glass to take a peek inside the battery door to see it in there. But it's in there on the inside of the shell once the battery door is opened.

I see 2 rows of numbers & letters inside the battery compartment. Which one is the serial number? The top row (numbers only) or the bottom row?

It's the top row with all numbers and no letters. That one matches with the SN my audi wrote down on my receipt.

Did anyone has success with this? I was going to submit the form online but noticed the web address contain the word adtrack. So I am not sure how legit this would be. I would be really excited if it really works!

I had the same concern originally. So I asked the person who received the email to forward me the email. The email was from Oticon.

When I tried the first link contained in the email, it took me to an Oticon URL so I know that's legit. It's inside this Oticon page that contains the link to the second URL with the adtrack, so I assume that this second link from the Oticon first page must be legit for Oticon to use. I'm assuming that Oticon subcontract out to a third party to do the redemption processing so that's why the second link is not an Oticon link.

Is this a different promo than the $150 gift card promo?
