Not quite sure what you're asking. Costco offers Rexton aids that are made especially for Costco. Rexton hearing aids are made by Sivantos which also makes Signia hearing aids. The Rexton aids have many features that are very similar to the Signia aids. The Trax 42 is a Rexton aid that is no longer offered at Costco that was most similar to the the Rexton 80 S (4c) and Signia Binax which are also no longer offered. Costco now offers the Kirkland Signature 7 (also known as KS7) in a RIC hearing aid at a great price. They are similar to the Rexton 80 S (6c) and Signia Primax. Costco also offers other Rexton aids that are based on a similar platform in a BTE and assorted in the ear aids. Hope that helps.
