    Is your audiologist doing the implant?

    frankly whether or not you are a man, women or other..

    The limited changes via the remote is nowhere close to 'programming'

    As I said before, I already program my own hearing aids. So I am quite aware that the limited changes via the remote is nowhere close to programming.

    Audiologists are the ones who program the processor. Surgeons don't do programming.

    I don't think I understand the point you are trying to make, if any.
