Thread: Phonak Naida V: calm situation only vs SoundFlow

  1. Default Phonak Naida V: calm situation only vs SoundFlow

I haven't decided which one I do like to use just one program for my hearing aid. I do like SoundFlow but problem is that speech in noise and comfort in noise sometimes can cause missing sounds. Audiologist said if I want natural sound, I should stick with calm situation only. Any of you can tell me about your experience whenever you use calm situation only or SoundFlow? Thanks.

Based on your comments you should at least try two program. The first has to be the more automatic. Almost all companies programming insists on that. Then you can switch to two when the day starts and see if you ever need to return to #1.

I wear the Phonak Bolero's and find I never switch out of
SoundFlow. It does it's job for me. I find I don't miss sounds being in SoundFlow.
    Currently wearing Phonak Q70's.
