Default Problems with Dry and Store?

I've had my Dry and Store for 5 years now and just in the past few weeks I have been having problems with the red light on the top not going out when I shut the drawer so I can't get the "dry cycle" started. I jiggle it around, slam it shut hard...whatever...till the red light goes out.

Has anyone had problems w/the Dry and Store? Is it just time for me to get a new one?

Default Bought one!

I had the Professional model with the same problem right out of the box! It would sometime go away with the close drawer light, but still it was a hassle to keep closing the drawer to get it to work.

So, I had to return the unit for a complete refund. I plan to order another soon when I get all of the money back.

I read that the brick needed to be re-positioned correctly. I tried that with little success. You may want to try that or with another brick. Good luck!
