Who could you refer a client who had normal hearing thresholds and a primary complaint of tinnitus?

I don't know why you're doing the pop-quiz, but it might help if you said which country it related to.

Referral here is to Doctor as the primary care provider and then on to Audiology/ENT in the local hospital. Direct referral to ENT in the case of sudden hearing loss change or sudden incidence of Tinnitus, especially monaural.

It is not a pop quiz, I have been reading a few things that triggers this into a forum questions, and thought people like yourself (with experience I assume) maybe willing to share some insight for our community....I am in Australia
